Return procedure

If you are not 100% satisfied with one of the products purchased from Eikenpanelen.nl, you can exchange or return it free of charge within 30 days of purchase or (last partial) receipt, provided the product is in its original and undamaged condition.

You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. Consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging will be returned to the entrepreneur. To make use of this right, you can contact us via info@eikenpanelen.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

Exceptions

1. In addition to article 10 paragraph 5 of these general terms and conditions and fully in accordance with article 6:230p sub f of the law, the delivery of goods manufactured according to the consumer's specifications, which are not prefabricated and which are manufactured on the basis of an individual choice or decision of the consumer, or which are clearly intended for a specific person cannot be dissolved or revoked by the consumer. This concerns all products and services that are offered and offered by the entrepreneur under the heading "custom work".

2. In the case of custom work, the entrepreneur retains the intellectual property rights with regard to the designs, images, drawings, technical specifications and the like provided by her. In the event of failure to conclude an agreement or premature termination, the consumer is expected to return all design drawings and specifications provided by the entrepreneur, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
